We want you to love your luxury blankets as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unused items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Minky items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3 business days.
